All booking dates must be confirmed by the client. A non-refundable deposit of 10% if the event balance is required to secure Robert’s Snack Shack for the date of your event.
Event quotations are quoted at the time of communication with customer based on the current event specifications. The quotation will become void with a change of circumstances, such as numbers of guests and need to be requoted. Operational changes will incur additional charges.
Set up fee may be charged on some services. The setup fee is to cover for operational aspects such as cleaning, refrigeration, labour and transport.
The deposit amount will be deducted from the total event costs which will be issued to the client no later than 10 working days prior to the event. This can be paid with cash, cheque or BACS transfer.
Once the deposit has been received a receipt will be issued by Roberts Snack Shack along with a formal confirmation letter, event menu, event summary and costs agreed.
Payment in full is required for all catering services provided by Roberts Snack Shack prior to the event. Once an invoice is issued to the client payment must be made no later than 10 days prior to the event.
In the unfortunate event of a booking having to be cancelled, written confirmation is required from the client within 14 days of the event commencing. Any funds will be retained due to cancellation.
Robert’s Snack Shack accepts no liability for food and drink supplied to the client by another caterer, or food supplied by the client or a third party in addition to those arranged by Robert’s Snack Shack.
Robert’s Snack Shack will endeavour to provide suitable adaptations to the clients menu for any special dietary requirements or allergies.
Robert’s Snack Shack cannot take responsibility for any guests unless advised in advance. Please advise Robert’s Snack Shack within 10 working days prior to the event with any dietary requirements.
Damage to Robert’s Snack Shack equipment such as crockery and glassware by a guest of the event will be charged with a full replacement fee to the client. A £100 bond will be taken before the event to cover for any breakages during the event. This will be refunded within 5
days after the event.
The operator of RL food and drink LTD trading as Roberts Snack Shack has a strong catering and events management background and plan to ensure the event is delivered to the exact requirements of the client, however RL food and drink LTD t/a Roberts Snack Shack does not accept any liability for non-completion or delays of the event caused by uncontrollable occurring matters such as adverse weather conditions, road closures, traffic accidents, civil riots or strikes or any event outside of our control.
Robert's Snack Shack catered for our wedding in August. We had a small intimate reception at our home.
